Virally is available on a rolling monthly contract. You can cancel anytime (however you'll have access until the end of the month). However, discounts are available for 12 & 24 month contracts. Enterprise accounts have a setup fee of £999 however this is waived for 12 & 24 month contracts.
Virally measures lots of information. People, behaviour, relationships. Our pricing is based on the total size of your contact database, however we only charge for "profiles" which is data held about a person that has opted-in using their email address. We also gather extra information on some known profiles, such as phone number or job title.
Never! We want your campaigns to go viral. To spike. To gain 10,000 profiles in a day. We'll never stop collecting profiles and all your campaigns and tools will stay live. You'll just receive a friendly email reminder to add more bolt-ons to your account, which are available in blocks of 250 or 1,000 depending on your account type.
Virally is available in 3 flavours. Our Lite package, which is free, is aimed specifically at organisations who want to publish our Coffee Card tool and get the benefits of increasing shares and user loyalty, but aren't quite ready to start paying for our full suite. Our Business account offers our full product suite including capturing known profiles through Coffee Card and Social Gateway campaigns. Our Enterprise accounts are fully white label, and suited towards brands or businesses capturing larger amounts of profiles. We can also create custom apps and campaigns for Enterprise users, as well as offer a higher level of support.
